## Company lookup (live)
GET https://api.howtoromania.io/v1/company/{cui}?fx=true
- Input: Romanian CUI/CIF (digits, optional RO prefix). Checksum validated.
- Output: English JSON — name, vatId, registrationNumber, addresses, vat, status, eFactura, source, plus fx (BNR EUR/RON).
- Cost: 1 credit per successful lookup. Failed lookups are free.

## Pricing
Free: 100 credits on signup.
Packs (EUR, excl. VAT): €5 = 1,000 · €20 = 5,000 · €100 = 30,000 credits.
Buy: GET https://api.howtoromania.io/v1/billing/checkout?pack=starter|pro|scale (with key) returns a Stripe checkout URL.
Out of credits: HTTP 402 with checkout links. Credits are added automatically after payment.
