1.2Authorisation regime: our activity (provision of an information-society/API service) is not subject to a prior-authorisation regime, and we do not hold, and are not required to hold, a sector-specific licence, authorisation or permit for the API and MCP services described in our Terms of Service.
1.3In accordance with ANPC Order no. 225/2023 on informing consumers by economic operators carrying out online activity, this information – our legal name, unique registration code, trade-register number showing our object of activity, and the address of our registered office/place of business – is displayed here, in a clear and permanent manner, as required for online trading and sales/order-taking/advertising pages.

3. Information-society service provided
3.1We provide an information-society service within the meaning of Law no. 365/2002 on electronic commerce: a remunerated service, supplied at a distance, by electronic means, at the individual request of the recipient (an API/MCP call), consisting of automated access to structured data drawn from official Romanian public sources and related tooling, as described in our Terms of Service.
4. Pricing information
4.1Prices for credits are displayed on the website and in the API documentation, inclusive of applicable VAT, with no separate delivery charge, consistent with Law no. 365/2002 art. 5(1)(h)-(i). See also our Terms of Service, Section 6, and our Pre-Contractual and Withdrawal Information Annex.
5. Commercial communications
5.1We do not send unsolicited commercial communications by email. Any commercial communication we send is clearly identifiable as such, clearly identifies us as the sender, and clearly and accessibly presents the conditions of any promotional offer, in accordance with art. 6 of Law no. 365/2002.
6. Jurisdiction and applicable law
6.1This Legal Notice, and the Service it describes, are governed by Romanian law and, for business customers, subject to the jurisdiction of the Bucharest courts, as set out in Section 17 of our Terms of Service. Consumers retain the protections described in that Section and in our Pre-Contractual and Withdrawal Information Annex.
7. Online dispute resolution
7.1You may refer a dispute to the Autoritatea Națională pentru Protecția Consumatorilor (ANPC) (anpc.ro) or another competent ADR entity under Government Ordinance no. 38/2015. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued; we will advise of any successor platform on request.
